Terms of Service

Our service

Prestige Mobile Car Detailing LLC ("Prestige," "we") provides mobile vehicle detailing at the customer's location within our Connecticut service areas. Published prices cover the listed services; oversized vehicles (trucks, 3-row SUVs, vans) carry the posted surcharge. Severe conditions (biohazards, mold, extreme soiling) may require a revised quote, which we will confirm with you before starting any work.

Booking, access & weather

You agree to provide a safe, legal spot for us to work beside your vehicle. Exterior services depend on weather; if conditions make quality work impossible, we will offer the next available slot or a full refund of anything prepaid. Please remove valuables before your appointment — we are not responsible for items left in the vehicle, though our crew will always set aside anything found.

Payment & cancellation

Payment is due on completion unless arranged otherwise, processed through Square. Cancel or reschedule at no charge up to 4 hours before your appointment window.

Our guarantee & liability

If you're not happy with any part of your detail, tell us before we leave and we'll make it right on the spot — or you don't pay for that service. Our liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount paid for that service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under Connecticut consumer protection law.
