When you book an appointment or contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, service location, vehicle details, and your booking selections. Our website does not require an account and does not collect payment details — payments are processed by our booking and payment provider (Square), under their own privacy policy.

How we use it

We use your information to schedule and perform your detailing service, confirm and remind you about appointments, respond to your questions, and — only if you opt in — send occasional service updates. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers required to run our business (scheduling, payments, and communications).

Cookies & analytics

Our site may use basic analytics to understand which pages are useful. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
